**Session Status Update**

Summer has been FLYING by! Now there are only 6 sessions left of the summer to do the Athletic Edge SAQ sessions. July 18th will be our last session since most teams start up Team Training at that point. So this week and next of Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at Cottonwood Park (Colorado Springs) 6:00-7:30 pm to reserve your spot register now:

These sessions will be drop in and will cost $15 per person or if you pre register $10 per person.

A session for soccer players to improve all aspects of soccer performance including speed, quickness, agility, strength, power, stamina, injury prevention.

Dynamic Warm-up: a general movement progression designed to improve mobility (coordination, balance, flexibility) and movement mechanics

Movement Training: soccer specific speed, agility or quickness drills

Core Training: functional core exercises designed to improve stabilization strength and power, as well as reduce injury risk

Strength Training: functional exercises to promote increased muscular
endurance and strength

Education on injury prevention, nutrition, sports psychology, goal setting, etc...
